cog-nito:

Probably only monkeys or squirrels are more at home in the trees than the margay (Leopardus wieldi). This forest dweller spends more time in the trees than on the ground, its flexible ankle joints allowing it to climb down a trunk head first, and hang from branches. Hunting usually takes place among the trees and monkeys, lizards, birds, and other arboreal creatures are top of the menu. However, if the prey leaves the trees, the acrobatic margay will leap like a leopard directly onto its victim without a single paw touching the ground.
